Welcome to the Workshop for using Real World Data in Unity!

Hello and thank you for participating in this workshop! Here you'll learn about the basics of using real world data in the Unity game engine:

With these basics and what you have previously learned about creating games in Unity and possibly working with agents, you will be able to create simulations or games that interact with the real world.

Pre-requisites

Unity and VS Code

You should have already installed Unity from previous courses and set it up with VS Code (and not Visual Studio Code). If you haven't done that yet, please refer to the VS Code setup guide.

Free Cesium and Mapbox accounts

You will need to have free accounts for Cesium and Mapbox in order to use their services in Unity.
